Two decades of activity

Cesnik, Quintino e Salinas Attorneys is a pioneer in legal consulting for the entertainment industry and the use of fiscal incentives to finance cultural, sports and third sector projects.

Since the beginning of its activity in 1996, CQS Attorneys has contributed to the professionalization and growth of the entertainment industry in Brazil.

By anticipating trends with innovative solutions to consolidate this segment in the country, we became a fundamental link in the structuring of different media and entertainment businesses.

Our outstanding track record in the third sector testifies our firm’s commitment to developing non-profit initiatives that are highly relevant to society. CQS Attorneys has also been a pioneer in structuring social businesses and has participated in initiatives to drive ventures aimed at reaching economic and social results.

Since the Sports Incentive Law was passed in 2006 in Brazil, our firm has quickly become a benchmark in legal services related to this segment too, thus taking advantage of our attorneys’ deep knowledge in the fiscal incentives area.
